Pronko Consulting offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all their extensions. This effectively means that you have all the rights to request a full refund over the period of 14 days after completing a purchase, unless copyright infringement cases have taken place. Any refund requests submitted after 14 days after purchase won’t be accepted. Upon the request, you will be obliged to permanently remove all the extension copies from any storage devices.
